Information collected
When you request availability, Maison Cat collects the contact, trip, location, cat-care and communication details you choose to provide. The initial form does not ask for payment information, an account, passwords, or an exact home address.
How information is used
Your information is used to review availability, understand the requested care, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, and arrange service if both parties decide to proceed.
Request and email processing
The website sends validated request details to a private n8n automation. That workflow is used to notify Maison Cat, organize the enquiry and send or prepare email communication. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides domain and email-routing services. These providers process limited information only as needed to deliver their services.
Security and automated screening
The request form uses basic validation, a hidden anti-spam field and rate limiting. No system can guarantee absolute security, but Maison Cat limits the information collected at the enquiry stage and does not include visitor IP addresses in the n8n request payload.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, service arrangements, legal obligations and basic business records. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate the website, request workflow, email or confirmed care.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to information Maison Cat must retain for legal, safety or operational reasons. Send privacy requests to hello@maisoncat.ca.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the request workflow, service providers or operating practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. Professional privacy and legal review is still recommended.
