01What counts as a last-minute Priority Care request?
Priority Care is for an eligible Stay With Me boarding request whose care begins within 72 hours of submission. It is subject to availability and intake review.
02How much does last-minute cat sitting cost?
Priority Care is $150 per day per cat with a 3-day minimum. Mandatory round-trip transportation is added once per booking. One cat for 3 days plus Vancouver transportation is $500.
03Why is round-trip transportation required?
Priority Care includes one pickup at the start and one drop-off at the end so urgent boarding logistics are arranged as one clear round trip. The transportation charge is once per booking, not per cat.
04Is Priority Care guaranteed if I submit within 72 hours?
No. Every urgent request still requires an availability and suitability review. The form does not hold dates or confirm acceptance.
05Do long-stay discounts apply to Priority Care?
No. Priority Care does not receive long-stay discounts. Its urgent rate and mandatory transportation are shown separately in the estimate.
06Is Priority Care an emergency veterinary service?
No. Priority Care is last-minute cat boarding, not medical or veterinary emergency care. Contact an appropriate veterinary provider if your cat needs urgent medical attention.
